the process

Full Service Floral Design

A beginning to end of day floral design commitment

Through a series of consultations leading up to your wedding date, we will customize your wedding flowers to suit the vibe, palette, and level of grandeur for your celebration. 

Full service floral design often includes personal flowers, ceremony installations, and reception arrangements based on your vision and budget. Delivery, setup, and teardown services are included along with rental items, if needed, from our inventory. 


Full-service event design typically begins at $4,000, but we do not require a minimum investment amount.

Intimate Floral Design

For couples requesting only personal flowers, we offer bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and flower crowns. 


This package requires pickup at our Linden home studio and is limited to the months of May-October in order to work primarily with floral product grown in our fields. 

It also assumes “designers choice” of blooms and foliage from what is currently available that fits the couple’s color palette.

How It Works

step 1 | inquire

Complete our contact form to share details about your event.

step 2 | we connect on your vision

Within 24-48 hours, you'll receive an email reply and a pricing brochure. We'll set up a time to meet in person or via phone/Zoom to gather more information about your floral vision.

step 3 | receive your proposal

Following the initial consultation, you will receive a formal pricing quote, proposal, and contract outlining the floral designs we discussed and corresponding investment. We often work back and forth with couples before booking to refine the proposal to satisfy both their vision and budget.

step 4 | make it official

To book, a 25% deposit and signature on the contract secures Epsilon Floral's services for your wedding date.

step 5 | a final consultation

5-6 weeks prior to the wedding date, we schedule a final consultation to revisit the proposal and make any necessary updates as well as define a floral timeline for delivery and setup on the wedding day. 

step 6 | your final deposit

The final balance payment is due one month before the wedding date to ensure availability of floral product and finalize our design team.


step 7 | Your wedding day

On the wedding day, Epsilon Floral will deliver and setup all floral pieces venue location(s), design installations on site, and return at the end of the event for tear down (based on our contract agreement.
